Post 1 : Confusion abounds

[Ken was usually a morning person, and this morning was no exception. Except.... he shouldn't be waking up. He thought he was a goner when that building exploded. His eyes snapped open in confusion. ]

What...what the hell?!

[he realized that that white ceiling wasn't his white ceiling, or that of a hospital.]

Where am I....

[He blinked and felt his face flush when he felt the warm weight of someone next to him in the bed, he looked down and went white when he saw the face of a girl he didn't know, sleeping peacefully next to him. Wasn't that usually Youji's thing?]

WHAT THE HELL?!

[Even he could tell something was seriously wrong here]

This...this doesn't look like the afterlife.... 

[He shook his head, no, if he was here, he had to have dreamed that last fight, phone, phone, where was his cell?  What? A rotery dial? How quaint.  Now to call and see if someone would pick him up from this strange place.  Dials his friends.]

Guys?  Come on, this isn't funny, now come pick me up.

You're stuck in a place called Mayfield. Nobody knows where it is, but it's apparently in America. It's the 50s currently and...ah...a lot of weird stuff happens here such as food shortages, murders, kidnappings, and taxes.
