Why is he thinking? We all know this leads to bad things.

[Ken needed to think.  After all, there's lots to think about, this place, the weird ass stuff that happens here, not to mention the fact that people are getting back abilities that are superhuman, but perhaps they aren't out to kill him or cause mayhem or get immortality out of it.

So, he went to the place he felt the most comfortable.  You can now find the former soccer pro doing the legit thing he does best, showing off his skills with a soccer ball at Tiger Field, the field out by the high school.  Why there instead of the park? Its cause it has goal posts of course.  He's camped out in the middle of the wide open space and is willing to do tricks for you.  Seriously, movement helps him cope.  So feel free to bother him, try and steal the ball, talk  or just applaud, he's actually quite good and doesn't mind an audience.

Right now he's just bouncing the ball off his head meditatively.]

[Watching...and playing DS at the same time. Japan found soccer football rather fun this past year.]

[Notices he has an audience, grins more and switches to juggling] Hi there!

[identity profile] weiss-tank.livejournal.com 2010-05-14 06:15 am (UTC)(link)
[see's the DS, he knows what a gameboy is, but the DS is a little after his time] What's that?

[identity profile] fuelefficient.livejournal.com 2010-05-14 06:15 am (UTC)(link)
This? [holding it up]

It is a Nintendo DS.

[identity profile] weiss-tank.livejournal.com 2010-05-14 06:16 am (UTC)(link)
Eh? Wow, cool, 'st anything like the game boy?

[identity profile] fuelefficient.livejournal.com 2010-05-14 06:18 am (UTC)(link)
It is the successor to the Gameboy Advance. DS stands for Dual Screen.

[identity profile] weiss-tank.livejournal.com 2010-05-14 06:19 am (UTC)(link)
[Ah, he gets it now]

Oooh, spiffy! [Peers over Japan's shoulder at the game]

[identity profile] fuelefficient.livejournal.com 2010-05-14 06:20 am (UTC)(link)

[identity profile] weiss-tank.livejournal.com 2010-05-14 06:30 am (UTC)(link)
[Wait, the hamster is running in its wheel in a different direction]

Wait, you're the little nation dude for Japan right? We got into the World cup?! FUCK YES!

[identity profile] fuelefficient.livejournal.com 2010-05-14 06:31 am (UTC)(link)
Ah, yes Though our first set of matches are...probably impossible to win.

[identity profile] weiss-tank.livejournal.com 2010-05-14 06:32 am (UTC)(link)
Hey Hey Hey! Don't be like that! We'll blast through!

[identity profile] fuelefficient.livejournal.com 2010-05-14 06:33 am (UTC)(link)
Cameroon, Denmark, and Netherlands are all more experienced than myself.

[identity profile] weiss-tank.livejournal.com 2010-05-14 06:36 am (UTC)(link)
Come on, it could be worse, it could be Spain or Brazil, you know how their teams get.

[identity profile] fuelefficient.livejournal.com 2010-05-14 06:39 am (UTC)(link)
True but practice will make perfect.

[identity profile] weiss-tank.livejournal.com 2010-05-14 06:41 am (UTC)(link)
Exactly! You gotta believe in those guys, they've worked hard they'll pull through for you, you'll see.

[identity profile] fuelefficient.livejournal.com 2010-05-14 06:44 am (UTC)(link)
Do you play this frequently?

[identity profile] weiss-tank.livejournal.com 2010-05-14 06:47 am (UTC)(link)
Soccer? As much as I can! [He grins widely, soccer is a passion for him] Its a good escape from work and my coworkers. I also teach the kids in the neighbourhood back home how to play.

[identity profile] fuelefficient.livejournal.com 2010-05-14 06:52 am (UTC)(link)
Physical hobbies are always good to have.

[identity profile] weiss-tank.livejournal.com 2010-05-14 06:54 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah! They keep you healthy and your mind sharp! Do ...you have any? [Well, if a country could play video games, he could do other stuff too, right?]

[identity profile] fuelefficient.livejournal.com 2010-05-14 06:56 am (UTC)(link)
I enjoy practicing Aikido and Kendo.

[identity profile] weiss-tank.livejournal.com 2010-05-14 06:59 am (UTC)(link)
[Smiles, he knew his country was awesome, can't help but feel a bit of pride in the little guy]

That's neat! [Don't worry, he isn't going to bring up the KO by headbutt] I like watching them on TV, the people are always so serious and into it.

[identity profile] fuelefficient.livejournal.com 2010-05-14 07:08 am (UTC)(link)
If you are ever interested in learning either...ah, well, I am teaching Aikido.
